Is a Personal Stylist the same as an Image Consultant?
Yes. They can be used interchangeably. As your personal stylist, I want to reveal your natural beauty by flaunting your existing assets and camouflaging problem areas. Therefore becoming more confident and into the person you should be.

How do we get started?
Working with new clients, I provide a complimentary consultation to determine what your goals are with your image.  If you already know what you want, then there is no time to waste.

Will my image change overnight?
You aren’t changing who you are you are just enhancing yourself.  I create a customized plan of action that not only aims to maintain your comfort level, but also fits in with your lifestyle and schedule. 

Do I have to dramatically change my hair?
Dramatic changes aren’t always appropriate.  Some changes could be as simple as the tone of your color or the shape of your cut that make the most dramatic differences.

I’ve had my colors analyzed with the seasons, is your color analysis the same?
This is NOT the season analysis that puts people into 4 categories of spring, summer, fall and winter.  How can you classify someone into 1 of only 4 categories? Impossible!  I create custom color fans that you can take home with your recommended colors for clothing that perfectly correspond to your hair, eyes, skin, and make-up.

Can you take me shopping?
Of course! The personal shopping service is designed to be informative and interactive. You learn valuable information regarding your body structure, styling, color matching, and fashion tips to fit your new image. You never know until you try it on yourself!

What is a good budget for shopping with a personal shopper?
Everyone has a shopping budget and personal shopping is no different.  Only spend what you are comfortable within stores that are appropriate.  A shopping

I hate going shopping.  How can you help me?
There are ways to make sure you are polished without worrying about going shopping.  I am your personal shopper so we can arrange what methods are best for you.  I also offer online personal shopping where you are welcome to send me a detailed list via email to Lisa@kennedystyle.com and I will do all of the work for you.

My closet is a nightmare.  How long do closet makeovers take?
The length of time is dependent of the size and the contents of the closet.  Organizing a closet is a multi-step process, but definitely worth it!  I can customize a plan with you so that we maximize our time together and meet our goals for the makeover.

I have a closet full of clothes but nothing to wear.
It sounds like you just need me to come in and create outfits with the clothes you already have.  I match items together with shoes, handbags, and accessories to create an outfit and then take a digital photo so that you can replicate the look in the future.  I create a catalogue of all the photos for you to take home and use.  This way you have proof that you have a closet full of clothes with lots of options that look fierce. Sometimes all you need is a fresh perspective.

What’s your personal style?
I have my own individual style, as do you.  I like to change my look to correspond with the mood I am feeling that day or to the event that I am attending.  The last thing I want to do is duplicate my style on you because we are individuals with our own personalities and lifestyles.  We determine your personal style together and enhance it to suite you and only you.

Can you advise a small group at our university or club?
Yes. I will come to your university or club and prepare a workshop based on your goals.  Every workshop is customized and a package will be developed to accommodate your budget and group.

What is your Referral Program?
I love your referrals! If you refer 3 people you will recieve a free haircut. If you refer 5 people, I will offer you an hour free of style services. If you are one of those people lucky enough to have loads of friends and want to refer them to Kennedy Style, we can definitely work out a fabulous deal.
